At this time, the junior and senior high youth are combined for most Sunday morning teachings and weekly activities. There are times when we do an activity specifically for one group or the other. The junior high group consists of youngsters grades six through eight, while the senior high clan includes teens in grades nine through twelve. The youth participate in weekly activities (normally on Saturday or Sunday) that have included progressive dinners, volunteering at the Total Living Center, sleepovers at the church, bowling, game nights, as well as, adventures to Laser Quest, Atwood Lake, Cedar Point, Ramseyer Pumpkin Patch, etc. We have a very diverse youth group with teens from Plain, Perry, Jackson, Northwest, North Canton, Massillon, and Louisville school districts. The youth are encouraged to bring friends to attend worship services and activities.
Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
