JKPC is a praying church. JKPC prays for healing and discernment of God's will for our
church, our community, the nation and the world. Facilitating this activity is a twice-weekly

Early Monday mornings men gather for prayer.
On most Tuesday mornings a Women's Prayer and Bible Study Group meets. Also a prayer
chain for immediate lifting of concerns is available by calling the
church office at 330.494.9479 or Martha Meadows at 330.494.3529.
Of course our meetings, meals and gatherings are opened in prayer, but also two's
and three's can be seen at various times huddled in prayer, just because someone has
requested or communicated a need. Recently the Pastor Nominating Committee has received
a commitment from a group of prayer warriors to lift up this process of selecting and hiring
a new pastor through fasting and prayer.
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, for yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
